-
I am not responsible for damages or loss incurred during transit.
-
I cannot use flowers that have been spray painted, artificially colored or dyed.
-
I do not work with cacti or succulents.
-
I can preserve foam, wood or silk flowers as long as they have not been spray painted or dyed in resin products. I cannot use silk or wood flowers in frames.
-
Only the best flowers from your bouquet will be selected and dried for use in your product. I dry an appropriate amount of product to use in your initial order. I do not dry the entire bouquet. Please check with me before re-ordering to ensure I have enough product to accommodate a second order. I will not ship unused flowers back to you.
-
If your flowers were 2-day or overnight post marked within two days of your event and are completely unusable upon receipt, I will issue a full refund. If your flowers were not shipped within two days of your event (3 days on a holiday weekend), or were not 2-day shipped or overnighted and your flowers are completely unusable; or were not shipped at all, I will not issue a refund.
-
Flowers will change color, shape, and size during the drying process. Some whites will turn antique, pinks can shift to light purple, reds can shift to burgundy, etc. I reserve the right to color correct your flowers if necessary.
-
Latex may have been used in the production of this item. Please let me know if you have a latex allergy.
-
In pressed bouquet frames, I cannot use flowers thicker than .5”.
-
In frames there will be silica gel residue. This looks like white sand. It will help to remove moisture from your frame and cannot be completely removed from your piece.
-
Avoiding imperfections is impossible with handmade items, especially when working with a natural medium. Finished pieces may contain bumps, surface imperfections, bubbles, or leftover silica sand.
-
I do not have a guaranteed production turnaround time. Production usually takes about 12 weeks but will vary based on season, humidity level and raw material availability.
-
Resin items will amber over time. Photographs, invitations and flowers in frames will fade with age.
-
These items are intended for decorative use only.
